My order is late or never arrived. Now what?

Check your confirmation email for a tracking number. If you can’t find a tracking number or you believe the order may be lost, send us an email.

 

I don’t live in Australia, can I still buy products from your website?

Yes. We can ship orders almost anywhere, and orders will usually arrive in 2-4 weeks. Additional taxes and duties may apply to your international order. 

 

I placed an order on your website, and I’m still waiting for it. 

Once the product is shipped, we rely on the shipping companies to fulfil your order. As of late, these companies are backed up and taking their sweet time. Please be patient and wait to enjoy your wine. 

I’d like to cancel my order.

You may cancel your order within thirty minutes of purchase. Use the link in your confirmation email or email us directly. After thirty minutes your order will be packed and ready for shipping. 

 

I no longer want it, can I cancel it? 

Please read the “Returns and Exchanges” section of this FAQ. 

I would like to return my order.

We offer returns for unopened products purchased within the last 30 days. It’s up to the customer (that’s you) to pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact us so we can start the returns process.

 

How long does it take for returns to be processed?

We’ll issue you a refund once we receive the returned goods at our warehouse. From there, your refund will take 1-2 weeks to show up on your bank statement.

 

I accidentally bought something I already have and would like to exchange it.

We don’t accept exchanges. Try giving it as a gift or leaving it at your nearest winery. 

I received the wrong items.

Whoopsie Daisies. Send us an email and we’ll make sure you get the products that you paid for.

 

The product is damaged.

That’s no good! Please send us an email with a picture of the damaged goods and we’ll take it from there.

 

Part of my products is damaged. Can you replace it?

Send us an email with a photo of the damage. If it is only 1 card, we cannot send a replacement. 

Do you sell products in other languages?

Not yet, but it’s something we’re working on. 

 

Do you sell custom products?

Yes. We can do wholesale prices for your company with your branding and logo on it. Please send us an email and we’ll be in touch.

Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website?

Yes. We don’t store any of your credit card information.
